Following the departure of Renée France, our previous Community Development Manager, we are now recruiting for two exciting positions within our adopter peer support community:


    • Community Development & Engagement Manager

    • Programme & Content Manager 

Both roles are excellent opportunities for talented, personable professionals with an interest in working in mission-led environments, to support and grow We Are Family’s extraordinary community of adopters and prospective adopters. Further details and full Application Packs can be found below.

THE ROLES

The Community Development & Engagement Manager will: 


    • Engage and connect with our Members 

    • Support our Volunteers 

    • Develop our Volunteer ‘Journey’ 

    • Coordinate Groups and In-Person Activities 

    • Collate and report on our Impact
